Terms & Conditions of Sale

All items we are offering to our clients are of fine quality, authentic/original orders, decorations, medal, awarding documents, photographs and related military items. Reproductions and copies will NOT be offered for sale (with exception of newly made ribbons).

All items sold are on a ‘’first come, first served’’ basis. Please note that ordering through our web site or through email is not a guarantee of sale since item may have been sold already.

Guarantee:

All items on the MedalsAndOrders e-shop are guaranteed as original. Any item purchased can be returned within 10 days of receipt if a buyer is not entirely satisfied, for any reason whatsoever. Written certificate of authentic with photos is available upon the request of any item valued over 250 Euro.

Currency:

All prices are in EURO. Payment can be made in other currencies as well, however on prior agreement between both parties.

Payment:

Payment must be made upon the confirmation of buyer’s order.

Payment can be made by cash, cashier cheque, money order, international postal money order or bank transfer. Other paying methods can be used if agreed between both parties.
If there are any costs related with payment methods, these are entirely on the buyer’s side.

All local tax, duties and other liabilities are the sole responsibility of the buyer; please inform us of any specific requirements we need to consider.
